Returns and exchanges
If the return is due to our error, such as where incorrect products or quantity, or defective (damaged, soiled) products have been supplied, return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery with the nature of your return and we will respond with further instructions. If the return is due to customer change of mind, return shipping costs will be payable by the customer.
We will not accept the following returns or exchanges:
- Products that have been used
- Products that haven damaged or soiled by the customer
- Products without packaging (bag, box, case)
- Products that have not been purchased from our online shop
- More than 6 days have passed after delivery
- We have not received prior notice
- Products that are not included in the list below*

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.
After the product is checked by our staff, the refund will be issued.
If the return is due to customer(not due to our error,) and refund is granted, 5.0% of Total price will be charged.
