TSURUTO = Tsuruto (鶴渡)
Likened to a crane spreading its wings across the sky, the name "Tsuruto" was born from the idea of Japanese culture taking flight into the world, crossing the seas.
The crane has long been cherished as a symbol of Japan, rooted in its culture as an auspicious emblem. As countless paintings, symbols, songs and works attest, its graceful form and bearing have captivated many.
Just as a crane flies across the sea, we aim to be a project that sends fine products carrying Japan's culture, spirit and craft out into the world, and delivers them to many.

Weaving Wa
"A new form of Wa, weaving Japan and the world"
The wisdom of Wa handed down by our forebears rested on the reason of nature, and that wisdom made life simpler. As this country's culture came into harmony with others, it advanced into something more refined and its own.
At TSURUTO, under the theme of "walking alongside the workings of life," we make and select things to wear, to put on, to adorn, and to use. The heart of that making and choosing lies in the cycle of nature, and in speaking to a new, contemporary sensibility.
We deliver a new form of Wa, where inherited Japanese wisdom and aesthetics blend with a creative sensibility from across borders.
