The Yue shirt is an Hawaiian shirt, a staple item for summer. It has a simple silhouette and can be worn either open or closed.
Hawaiian shirts have their roots in the kimono and are the perfect item to enjoy traditional Japanese patterns. That's why we named this shirt "Yue shirt". Yue or Yuen means "Origin" in Japanese.

About Pattern & Material
▫️ Motif: Cross kasuri & vertical stripes

On a deep navy base, fine cross kasuri is woven throughout. Into the regular vertical stripes, colored threads of red, yellow and green are woven in as restrained accents — a design with a quiet playfulness within its calm tones.
A kimono cloth marked by tsumugi (pongee), with the rustic character of its slubbed thread. Crisp and dry to the touch, it softens and settles to the body the more it is worn. Its matte, luster-subdued texture suits everyday dress and wears comfortably.
