Hawaiian shirts have their roots in the kimono and are the perfect item to enjoy traditional Japanese patterns. That's why we named this shirt "Yue shirt". Yue or Yuen means "Origin" in Japanese.

About Pattern & Material
▫️ Motif: Chaya-tsuji landscape
▫️ Technique: Katazome (paste resist)
On a chirimen ground, using a blue dye and the shironuki technique that leaves paste-resisted areas white, landscape motifs of houses and bridges are expressed — for a clean, settled impression.
A chirimen (silk crepe) with fine shibo texture on the surface, holding a plump softness and the drape characteristic of silk. It resists wrinkling and is smooth to the touch.
