A vivid piece of butterflies flitting among flowers that resemble irises (kakitsubata) and roses.
Red on blue, yellow on green — these vivid colors were dyed one by one, carefully by hand, in the technique called katazome. Crossing the long winter, butterflies at play among the flowers bring color to our hearts as well.
