The 2026 collection “Looming Loom” begins with the idea of spinning yarn into fabric, then treating that fabric once again as if it were yarn, weaving it vertically and horizontally to create a new textile.
Rather than seeing fabric as a finished surface, They look closely into its inner structure, enlarging and observing it to uncover hidden phenomena and ideas.
Through this recursive process, where a new fabric seems to emerge from within the same cloth, the collection reobserves and reinterprets the archives of YANTOR has created over the years from a different perspective.
Looming Loom
糸を紡いで布を作り、 その布をさらに「糸のように扱って」再び縦横に組み、新たな布を作るまた布の内部に入り込むように、拡大して観察することで現象やアイデアを発掘していく。このように同じ布の中から新たな布が生み出されるといった再帰的なプロセスで、今までに制作してきたアーカイブを角度を変えながら観察し、再解釈したコレクションとなります。

YANTOR 2026 COLLECTION「Looming Loom」における、糸と布の重なりを感じさせるジャケット。
インドで手織りされ、天然染色を施した生地を用い、YELLOW×BLACKの縦方向の表情が静かな奥行きを生み出しています。
“Marigold Dyed Jacket”という名の通り、マリーゴールドによる染めのニュアンスと、異素材を組み合わせた構成が、布そのものの存在感を引き立てる一着です。

Machine with a mesh laundry bag using neutral detergent, hang dry. Wash separately inside out.
・洗濯は、他のものと分けて洗ってください。
・無蛍光洗剤を使用してください。
・洗濯後は形を整えて陰干してください。
・タンブラー乾燥はお避けください。
この製品の生地は、糸を紡ぐ紡績の段階から、生地を織る織布に至る工程の全てを手作業で行っております。そのため、洗濯する際は手洗いを強くお勧めいたします。
