Try-on and consultation session held in Tokyo
KIMONO TOKI "Kimono fuku custom order"
This is an application ticket for a fitting consultation session where you can try on the actual product. Please bring in the kimono you are considering remaking, and we will propose items that suit each kimono while listening to your requests. Reservations are required so that you can take your time with the consultation.
The fitting consultation session is now a ticket system. If you purchase a ticket, a 1,000 yen discount will be applied to the tailoring fee. (*Applicable to applications on the day)

What to bring: A maximum of 5 pieces per frame of kimono you wish to have altered is recommended.
* Reservations are limited to one group per 40 minutes.
* Up to 3 people (who wish to order) can participate in one slot.
*Due to time limitations, we limit the number of people to a maximum of three per group. However, if there are three or more people planning to order, you can purchase two consecutive slots.
If you are attending the fitting consultation event in Omotesando, Tokyo, please check the following information.
◎Things to bring: Kimono you wish to have remade, or you can ship it to us in advance (shipping costs will be borne by the customer in the case of shipping).
The maximum number of items per session is 5. (If you are planning to have 4 or more kimono remakes on the same day , please choose session A or the final session . Also, please note that we can discuss accepting more than 5 items if you contact us in advance .)
* Reservations are required, with one group per time slot for 40 minutes.
* Up to 3 people from one group can participate in one session.
*Due to time constraints within each time slot, we limit each group to a maximum of 3 people. However, if there are 3 or more people in your group, you can purchase 2 consecutive time slots.

◎Pre-delivery of kimono is OK (＊Shipping costs will be borne by the customer in case of delivery)
The guideline is a maximum of 5 items per session. (If you are considering remaking 4 or more kimonos on the same day , please choose session A or the final session . Even if you have more than 5 items , we can propose recommended designs at a later date after the online consultation .)
* Reservations are required, with one group per time slot for 40 minutes.
*You can participate from either a smartphone or a PC.
For cancellations due to customer reasons, the refund will be issued as store credit.

温かみのある雰囲気の中、気兼ねなくご相談でき、的確なアドバイスを頂けるのは何より有り難いことでした。

初めての着物リメイク
評価: 5点満点中4点初めての着物リメイクでしたので、デザインが素敵なだけでなく、試着も出来るつるとさんにお願いしました。
試着会では明るいアトリエで、デザイナーさん
にアドバイスを頂きながら、何着も試着させてもらい、安心してオーダー出来、また楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。
2回目のオーダーの際は、試着会の日程と私の予定が合わず、メールでのご相談でしたが、前回の試着会で着たり、見たりしたデザインでしたので、不安なくオーダー出来ました。
次回お願いする際は、また試着会に参加したいと思います。

実際に試着して、袖丈なども確認してくださるので仕立て上がりを待つ間も安心感があります。
